... both Marco Biagi and Jo Mowatt presented to the committee, strongly in favour of it being approved obviously, and it duly was - without any further debate.
Will now be for any incoming Administration (post May 3rd) to make sure that a really comprehensive report is produced, that doesn't just analyse the problem but actually puts forward potential solutions as well.
Here's hoping.
