Can't resist a brief mention of this News Release put out today by the Council ...... I guess I'm okay with the Council trialling electric scooters: but really; just what is wrong with Council staff using a bike instead?
Zero emissions; no electric batteries to charge; and a lot better for your personal health-and-well-being than sitting on an electric scooter.
Seems a no-brainer to me.
