Fairly dramatic turn of events yesterday, following that Transport Scotland letter of Tuesday, which makes it look to me as if the project is going to St. Andrew Square almost no-matter what the cost will be.
My primary worry still remains just who is going to pick up the bill - and for all the developments of the last few days, it appears it could yet be Edinburgh Council that shoulders the whole of the remaining burden?
