... at Tuesday's Finance and Resources Committee (agenda here), the 'Framework Agreements' and 'Block Contracts' were all approved - we did manage to get a clause inserted recommending some additional monitoring, but for several organisations today was literally the end-of-the-road :-(
And next Tuesday, its the Policy and Strategy Committee - main agenda here, with all the papers up on CPOL as usual here. The report on the "treatment of ’don’t know’ and neutral responses" is an absolute classic ;-)
