A week today the 'work-to-rule' by Refuse Collectors will be 1-year old (see para.3 here) ...... yes, that's right: a 1-year long unresolved industrial dispute right here in the capital city of Scotland.
Sets the right tone for the difficult industrial-relations times ahead don't you think :-(
