Now, the only car you can see in this picture - of the City Chambers quadrangle - may well be that of the Lord Provost ...... but I'm heartily sick of parking my bike (on the railings within the quadrangle) only to see three SNP Councillors cars in a constant state of immobility within the square :-(
Rumour has it that an SNP Group decision has designated the quadrangle as an Nationalist car park - given the evidence of the last few months, its a rumour I could just about believe!
