Labour support grows in latest opinion poll

No - not yet another rise in Labour support in the last few days of the Glasgow East by-election. If only, if only :-(

... but from the latest Guardian/ICM Westminster poll (out today), with Labour up a huge 3-points and the Tories down a disastrous 2. Now, if that general trend continued for around three more months, the two major UK-Parties would be level-pegging at 37% each ... and still leaving over a full year to run until any UK General Election ;-)

... as they say, 'hope springs eternal' ;-))

I don't know; support for Cameron is as soft as creamy butter melting on a lightly toasted crumpet right now.

Stranger things have happened...

(And I accept that that wasn't a classic metaphor there but, unlike your eternal hope Andrew, nothing was springing to mind)

Thanks for the comment - I'll happily accept absolutely any metaphor that relates to a potential collapse of support for Cameron ;-)
