Can you believe it - the new Leader of the Lib-Dems is only 40 years old ...... add to that, the incumbent Tory Leader being a stately 41 and you can surely be left in no doubt whatsoever about the the current hold that 'image' has over 'substance' in national politics.
Very depressing.
