Delighted to report that I successfully completed my second Edinburgh Great Run earlier today ...
... this time last year, when I was in the midst of Marathon-training, I managed 1-hour 37-minutes, so was delighted to run it today in 1-hour 39-minutes ;-)
Not that fast, I know, but proof that there's (a bit of) life in the old-dog yet :-))
... and here's my 2015 finisher medal!
