I hope I don't regret saying this - but I'm not expecting any of the chaos and confusion of 2007, when the conjoining of the Scottish Parliament ballot paper led to endless problems. ... as I made clear at the time, the spoil rate for STV voting in Scotland in 2007 was lower than in Northern Ireland, who have used the system for decades.
Voters aren't stupid - it's only stupid to think they can't understand 1,2,3.
