Finance Committee today not as interesting as first thought :-(CPOL still seems in collapse for 2011 I'm afraid, so I can't yet link to any of the reports - but will do eventually, once CPOL is up-and-running again ...
... Council seems to be struggling with electronic media at the moment :-((
