COSLA Convention meeting this morning/early afternoon ...... quite obviously an ever-growing awareness that the Local Government settlement isn't all that it initially appeared - especially with further details being published just yesterday.
Fascinating to listen to some of those who actually negotiated the deal with the Scottish Government to now be decrying it :-(
