Well, 9.30am this morning and my own street (Cowan Road) was mostly cleared of rubbish - but the larger bins on Ashley Terrace remain completely awash with rubbish, with many of them also surrounded by discarded Christmas trees :-(I know I should be grateful for small (and personal!) mercies, but clearly that promise of re-setting to normal collections has still a few days to run yet ...
