At long last!... an extra 350 staff allocated to snow clearance duties - see today's Members Briefing here --- which has just come out at 6pm this evening.
Why there wasn't a serious contingency plan to do this earlier (when the need was greatest) is a question for later?
For now, lets hope this begins to make a discernible difference to residents across the city.
