No visit to sunny Brighton for me ... no, I get to go to the North Stand of Hibs Stadium instead ;-)Neighbourhood Partnership (NP) Conference all-day today --- being held for delegates from the boards and sub-groups of all 12 NPs, as well as from the 12 youth forums across the city.
