I have to admit to accepting an invitation to a civic-event at the City Chambers today - as friends and colleagues know, this is something I rarely, if ever, do ...... of course, rumours that I was somewhat star struck are totally outrageous - but I was a bit disappointed when Ms. Lennox refused to autograph my Eurythmics Album collection ;-)
