A couple of hours to go before the Pre- Budget Report, which is attracting just a little political attention, and what do the Scottish Government do ...... sneak out the consultation responses to the so-called 'local' Income Tax :-(
No matter how you spin this document, the current plans are now surely doomed and the quicker the Scottish Government acknowledges that fact, the better.
Of course, a workable alternative now needs to be put before the Scottish Parliament. - one which will hopefully bear little resemblance to the plans consulted on thus far?
