Thanks for the positive feedback about the pond - it was quite an effort building the damn thing :-(
... on your other point - thanks for the vote of confidence - but I'm not going to make any rushed decisions. Ewan standing down has come as a surprise :-((
I intend to take a bit of time speaking to family, friends and colleagues before reaching any final decision.

Bad news on that front I'm afraid - she died a few weeks ago :-((
She was nearly 2, which is apparently quite 'old' in Hamster-years!
