Residential Care conference today

Spent most of today at a conference about Residential Care ... chaired one of the afternoon sessions.

There were some really excellent speakers from around the globe ... a very good reminder that it's always crucial to take a bit of time to listen to other international experiences - I know it will come as a shock to many, but everything in the UK isn't perfect ;-(
