Paperless office?

Given my trepidation over the number of potential incoming e-mails, I somewhat overlooked the volume of potential paper mail :-(

E-mails are actually just under 400, which is pretty light really ... but very surprisingly there appears to be a huge volume of paper mail. So much for the paperless office?

I have noticed an increasing trend of several organisations/ correspondents going back to paper and abandoning e-mail ... strange, but true.

Make sure you recycle....

John ... we do have a paper recycling-bin in the office, although as my office colleagues will confirm I do tend to keep rather a lot of paperwork for essential future reference :-)

Scan it, OCR it, DB it - it is searchable and much more use in future.

You can then recycle it all and further reduce your carbon footprint.
